The fonds contains proposals, reports, minutes, photographs, promotional material, clippings and publications. The materials document the planning and opening of the Brantford campus; special events held at Laurier Brantford; promotion of the campus and its programs; Laurier Brantford in the press; and campus governance. The fonds contains the following series: Planning Documents and Opening Day; Educational Institution Collaborations; Minutes and Reports; Promotional and Informational Material; Special Academic Events; Clippings; Core Faculty Publications.

The fonds consists of correspondence, publications, photographs and artifacts assembled by Leslie Lasky during his years at Waterloo Lutheran University.

One annotated photograph of a large crowd gathered at Queen's Athletic Field on Victory in Europe Day. Approximately 10,000 attended the commemorative service which began at 4pm but, due to high winds, only a little over 4,000 people were still present when it ended. The 8th Victory Loan Drive Parade with the slogan "Invest in the Best" followed the service.

Series consists of an annotated Ontario Department of Mines Certificate of Mine Rescue Training issued to J.H. Heit of Falconbridge, Ontario in June 1948 by Chief Inspector of Mines W.O. Tower and Superintendant of Rescue Station G.G. McPhail. The certificate signified the completion of mine rescue apparatus training at the Sudbury Rescue Station. Training included hard labour in noxious and irrespirable gases and the participant was required to give evidence of being qualified to care for and use rescue apparatuses in mines (basic training). This certificate includes three seals signifying completion of additional training; The Standard Mine Rescue Training seal (in the colour red) dated 1949 and signed by Rescue Station Superintendent G.G. McPhail, the Advanced Mine Rescue Training seal (in a gold) dated 1951 and signed by Inspector of Rescue Training P.C. Smith, and the Supervisory Advanced Mine Rescue Training seal (in gold) dated 1961 and signed by Inspector of Rescue Training G.G. McPhail.
