Internal correspondence between the school board and the trustees (including a letter with two photostat pages attached concerning the Canadian Union of Public Employees and Chelmsford Valley District Composite High School Board non-teaching employees), a xerox copy of a Disposition of Dispute between the Chelmsford Composite School Board and the non-teaching employees, a certified true copy of an item of business that transpired at a special meeting of the Chelmsford Valley District High School Board on February 24th, 1966 involving Section 89 of the Labours Relation Act section 202 RSO 1960, non-teaching staff strikes, a memorandum concerning unlawful picketing at the school and the need to send letters to ratepayers with a copy of the salary schedule of the janitorial staff, and handwritten notes on lined paper are also included in the minute book.

Series consists of a note written by [principal] Else Yackman, dated June 17, 1932, certifying that Anni Koski has passed from Sr. Pr. To Jr. I.; an annotated monthly report card of Annie Koski from Kelly Lake Public School (in Sudbury, Ontario), and a certificate of promotion, promoting Anni Koski from the Senior I class to the II class in Kelly Lake Public School, dated June 27, 1933; 3 annotated report cards of Annie Koski from Oshawa Public School, and 3 certificates of promotion promoting Annie Koski from (Junior III class to the Senior III Class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 28, 1935, Senior III class to the Junior IV Class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 26, 1936, and Junior IV class to the Senior IV class in Oshawa Public School, dated June 18, 1937); an annotated Sudbury Public Schools grade 8 report card of Annie Koski for 1938-1939; and a High School Entrance Certificate issued to Anne Koski in Sudbury, Ontario on July 15, 1939.
